Refund Policy

Because the Follow-Up Vault is a digital product delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. If a file is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, contact dealerfollowupai@gmail.com within seven days so the issue can be corrected. Custom Dealership Setup work may be canceled before custom work begins. Once research, writing, or customization has started, fees are non-refundable to the extent work has already been performed. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
